Hosted by Bone-A-Fide Pet Boutique, the annual Howl-O-Ween Pet Parade and Costume Contest will take place on Saturday, October 26, 2024. This frightfully adorable celebration of the Halloween holiday shines a spotlight on your furry four-legged friends. Starting at 3:00 PM, the family-friendly parade routes through downtown Black Mountain so your pups can strut their stuff and show off their adorable costumes.
