Lumen Concierge
When preparing for a vacation, there is always a growing checklist of considerations and things to do. To make it easier for our valued guests, Greybeard has partnered with local company, Lumen Concierge, so you can avoid the stress of planning and focus on making the most of your time in the mountains.
Lumen offers everything from pre-arrival grocery deliveries to pet-sitting to custom decorations and more. Once your reservation is confirmed, simply submit your request here, and let them take care of the rest.

Complimentary Starter Kit
To help you transition into your vacation, we provide an amenity starter kit with trial-size items so you have some basic items upon your arrival. Please keep in mind that this is only a starter kit, and you will need to bring additional personal items and products as needed. The starter kit includes:
- 2 trash bags
- 1 roll of paper towels
- 1 kitchen sponge
- 1 trial-size bottle of dishwashing liquid
- 2 packets of dishwasher detergent (if applicable)
- 2 packets of laundry detergent (if applicable)
- 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
- 1 small bar of soap per bathroom
- 1 trial-size bottle of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion per bathroom
- A beautiful reusable tote with landmarks from the "Land of Sky" to keep as a souvenir and remind you of your treasured time in the mountains!
