The entire property provides panoramic views, which can be enjoyed from nearly every interior and exterior space.

Upon entering the home, you’ll walk through a beautiful mudroom with plenty of space for coats, shoes, bags, and any other accessory you need. Turn left to enter the impeccably styled living room with floor-to-ceiling mountain views, a wood-burning fireplace, and an 85" Smart TV for streaming. The luxurious L-shaped couch and additional leather chair duo can comfortably sit up to 12. Accordion doors lead out onto the spacious deck complete with an outdoor dining area with seating for 12 and an outdoor living area with a fire table and continued breathtaking views.
Back inside, you’ll notice that the living room is part of an open floor plan with the dining and kitchen areas on the main level. The gourmet kitchen with a marble island (seating for 3) and sleek stainless appliances will make cooking a delight. Appliances include a gas range stove, dishwasher, microwave, and two types of coffee makers (standard drip-style and Keurig). The dining area offers seating for 10 to comfortably accommodate larger groups.
If you turn right from the mud room, it will lead to the garage-style movie theater and game room stocked full of entertainment options! Boasting a 128" projector (and two 65" TVs above it), a popcorn machine, and 6 reclining seats, you can watch your favorite shows and movies on the big screen! Guests can also enjoy arcade games (including Galaga, Ms. Pac-Man, and Big Buck Hunter Pro), foosball, and hot shot basketball. This space is heated and cooled with a mini-split unit to stay comfortable year-round. 
For bedding, the main floor offers a spacious primary retreat with a King-size bed, a private deck with seating for 2, and a luxurious en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A second bedroom on the main floor offers a Queen-size bed and a 55" Smart TV for streaming. It’s also close to the full hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
Descend the interior staircase to reach the lower-level den with a cozy in-wall fireplace, 85" Smart TV for streaming, bar area, and game table that doubles as a bumper pool and poker table. From the den, use the accordion doors to step onto the lower-level patio. Here, you’ll find a cedar sauna, hot tub, fire pit, gas grill, and 2 hanging chairs, all of which overlook the magnificent mountain views! 
For bedding, the lower level offers a second primary bedroom with a King-size bed and en suite bathroom with a dreamy soaking tub and walk-in shower. On the other side of the den, you’ll find another bedroom with a King-size bed and crib next to a third bedroom complete with 2 sets of twin-over-full bunk beds.
Area Attractions Near Peak Perfection
While you’ll have everything you need to relax and play at Peak Perfection, the home is also conveniently located to some top-rated area attractions! Less than a mile from Round Mountain Creamery, make an appointment to tour this working farm, meet the goats, and taste some fantastic soft cheeses. For more Black Mountain fun, take a 25-minute drive to reach the shops, restaurants, and breweries in the “Little Town That Rocks.” A 20-minute drive east will bring you to the small town of Old Fort where you’ll find local favorite Gogo's Cinnamon Rolls and Hillman Beer (named number 1 brewery in NC in 2023).
While in the Old Fort area, don’t miss Catawba Falls, a moderate hike under 5 miles that winds alongside the Catawba River and leads to a beautiful 100-ft cascading waterfall. Historic buildings are scattered along the trail, including remnants of the 1920s hydropower dam. Your kiddos and pups are welcome to join you on this trail, and water-loving labs will be especially fond of it! Keep in mind that this hike requires several stream crossings, making footwear extremely important. The trail will periodically be under maintenance due to weather and other unforeseen circumstances, so be sure to check AllTrails for potential closures before heading that way.
