This home offers a chance to get away from it all while being approximately 20 minutes from the town of Black Mountain and 35 minutes from downtown Asheville and the Biltmore Estate. Providing a once-in-a-lifetime vacation experience, guests will most certainly reach "Peak Perfection" at this luxury modern home!

About the Home
• Impeccably styled living room with floor-to-ceiling mountain views, 85" Smart TV for streaming, and large bi-fold doors connecting to the expansive deck. Note: The living room fireplace is NOT usable.
• Gourmet kitchen with island seating for 3, dining for 10, dishwasher, gas range, and two types of coffee makers (standard drip-style and Keurig).
• Garage-style movie theater and game room with 128" projector, two 55" TVs, arcade games, foosball, and hot shot basketball. This space is heated and cooled with a mini-split unit.
• Main level expansive deck with outdoor dining for 12 and gas fire table with comfortable seating.
• Lower level den with floor-to-ceiling mountain views, in-wall fireplace, 85" Smart TV for streaming, bumper pool/poker table, bar, and large bi-fold doors.
• "Peak Perfection" patio with a panoramic cedar sauna, hot tub for 7, gas grill, wood-burning fire pit, and two cozy hanging chairs.

Where to Unwind
• The main floor offers a spacious primary retreat with a king-size bed, a private deck with seating, and a luxurious en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
• A second bedroom on the main floor offers a queen-size bed, a 55" Smart TV for streaming, and a full bathroom (shower and bathtub combination) with hallway access.
• The lower level offers a second primary bedroom with a king-size bed and an oasis-style en suite bathroom with a large soaking tub and walk-in shower.
• A bunk room with two twin-over-full beds and a bedroom with a king-size bed and crib can also be found on the lower level.

Please Note: This home is pet-friendly with an additional $100 fee per dog. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds. This home has a Ring doorbell camera and a sensor light camera facing the driveway. While the road to the property is gravel and occasionally steep, AWD/4WD is not required but is recommended year-round. Adults using the sauna should follow the same precautions as when using a hot tub. The living room fireplace is NOT usable.

Perfect perfectly describes this amazing cabin. When you first walk in, you just know THIS is the cabin you want to stay in and not leave. The details are amazing and so inviting to the entryway to the long couch where everyone can have their own space to the outside patio couch and chairs to the bedrooms to the kitchen that is stocked with wine glasses and coffee cups to the microwave drawer (loved it) to the stand alone tub to the swing chairs downstairs. We enjoyed this stay so much that it was sad to leave. The cabinets that slow close are so nice. The electronics plus everywhere is nice. The electric fire table outside and the one downstairs were lovely. The long tables were everything. We cannot wait to come back. This was our favorite and we stay in a lot of cabins. It was simply perfect. ❤️
