Black Mountain Greenways Committee & the Black Mountain Center for the Arts will team up this year to present the 3rd Annual Chalk the Walk, a Community Contest and Art Stroll that is scheduled to take place on Saturday, September 25 (September 26 rain date) at 12:00 PM.
The event will start at the Black Mountain Center for the Arts where signs will lead participants along sidewalks and to the Flat Creek Greenway. There will be four categories of cash prizes awarded including a “people’s choice” award. Join in the fun by entering the street painting contest, or just stroll around town to view the vibrant works of art!
