Marshall Handmade Market: Typically hosted at Marshall High Studios, this year (due to Helene) the market will be hosted at the historic Odonata Farm (5640 Paint Fork Rd. Mars Hill, NC 28754) from 10 AM-5 PM on Saturday, November 23 & Sunday, November 24. Featuring some of the best makers in the region, this market will not only have handmade goods, but it will also have coffee, local artisan pastries, and delicious food from one of Asheville’s favorite food trucks. This is a local and visitor favorite market that is not to be missed! Note: There will be a shuttle running continuously from the parking lot of the Mars Hill Ingles at 225 Carl Eller Rd.
Morganton Holiday Market: On Saturday, November 23, and again on Saturday, December 14, 2024, from 10:00 AM-2:00 PM, this small town will host its annual holiday market located at 111 North Green Street, at the corner of Green Street and Avery Avenue, will include fresh vegetables, delicious baked goods, and adorable local crafts.
Black Friday Holiday Market at Highland Brewing: Hosted by Highland Brewing Company on Friday, November 29, 2024, from 11 AM-4 PM, this annual Black Friday holiday market offers the chance to support over 35 talented local artists and artisans from Asheville as they showcase their unique, handcrafted goods. This year's market coincides with the on-site exclusive release of their beer, Black Watch, so you can shop and sip.
