The Cultivated Community Dinner Series was launched by Cultura to provide a platform for Asheville chefs who are a positive force for change within the community and is designed to be intimate and intentional. Each month, Cultura’s Executive Chef Eric Morris will collaborate with a guest chef to design a unique culinary experience. Each dinner will begin with an impeccable cocktail and continued through multiple courses along with beverage pairings to compliment each course.
This month, Chef Ashleigh Shanti will present an Appalachian feast called Up Yonder Where the Moon Shines. The dinner will take place March 10, 2022 at 6:00 PM. Each dinner in the series will also feature a non-profit selected by the guest chef. For March's dinner series, Cultura will make a donation to Southside Community Farm. This community farm grows Black food sovereignty and hosts community meals at 3 PM onthe 4th Sunday of the month and a Farmers Markets at noon on the 1st Sunday of the month (May-October).
